1999 Diesel 4x4 LAND ROVER FREELANDER XEDI S-WAGON RED | eBay

We are selling our Freelander which we have owned since 2006. It has a service history to 84000 miles, 2005. Since then I have maintained and serviced the car to a very high standard, changing the oil filter every 6000 miles etc. I have kept a detailed record of the date, milage and work done, Some of the more major work is listed below

Date Milage Work

2006 95,106 Clutch

2007 10,1687 Cambelt and pulley wheel, injection pump belt

2009 113,353 Full overhaul of 4x4 running gear, inc front and rear propshaft, viscious coupling mounting bearings, rear diff rebuild, rear diff mountings

2012 132,204 Drivers electric window regulator

2012 134,900 Front discs, pads, Alternator belt and Pulley tensioner

The car has 4 very good tyres, Excellent very reliable and economical engine, very good 4wd system with 4 wheel traction control, Hill descent, ABS brakes, Tow bar with electrics, Sony CD player, Drives very well

Problems

Sunroof stuck shut, Dent in passenger side rear door at bottom (see ebay photo), Tear in drivers seat this has been repaired but not profesionelly (see ebay photo)

Its a lovely landy. I have really enjoyed driving her and will miss her when it snows, I was the only person here that never ever got stuck!! Sadly my children dictate that I need something bigger so she has to go to a new family! I hope they are kind to her!

Well i did consider it but then the other half offered to pay for a new(er) car so after a lot of soul searching the new purchase was made!
 
probly for the best, shame you can't keep it but you've got to ferry the anklebiters around safely.

i'm heading for cold, draughty, unreliable series ownership as soon as poss :)
 
it's not about street cred, some on here wunt agree with that at all, it's about liking the damn thing.
i loves ma Hippo....it makes me smile :)
 
If you put it up against my new car then its street cred all the way lol! (are we up to 50 yet :D im needing my bed!)

Lol ill give you a clue, its an ex spanish company owned by VW and is a 7 seater the same shape as several other 7 seaters lol!

Kip is calling, started training as a student nurse this week and with 12 hour days its been rather loooooong! I shall return tomorrow if its not sold (note the optimism!!)

Off to dream of sheep (its a welsh thing)
