Age to start

the 110 hasn't be started over Christmas about 2 weeks. Came to start it and it just wouldn't fire. It's the 2.4 tdci. Glow plug light went out turned the key and it sat just turning on the starter motor.
Plugged in fault code reader and no faults, tried the other set of keys incase battery going on remote for immobiliser still nothing.
Started to get worried about draining the battery because I've be trying for so long then it started.
Have turned it on and off mutipule times since then and no problems.

No idea what it could be, has anyone had this before. It's only a 2010 with 45,000 miles on.

Sticky lift pump maybe.

Does it have fuel ?
I would check fuel is getting to the injectors.

I'll see what I can see in day light. I might ring the garage in the morning.

Well didn't start this morning, went to work in the better halfs car and when I got home it started first time. I've no idea what it could be, the garage said check the relays under the drivers seat they all appear fine, so I've dropped it off at the Land Rover specialist near here to see what they can find.
