I've got a 1986 90 ,that i have fitted a 200 tdi into , when travelling at speed the temp gauge goes to red but if you stop (even leaving the engine running ) the temp gauge comes down to normal fairley quickley . lifting the bonnet the engine doesent seem over heated THE n/a diesel fitted...

Not really hard a little fiddley at times ,if your happy taking the door cards off , fixing some brackets and a bit of wireing its ok (where are you bassed?)

Hi you can get a central locking kit from falcon 4x4 ( www.falcon4x4.com ) . I fitted one to my 90 tacking around 3 hours . They cost around £170 and you can add an alarm and electric windows at a later date if you want , sorry dont know anyone who fits them though Hope this helps Steve

Hi james if you type landrover bulkhead as your search on ebay it will come up normally with two guys selling (not bidding) bulkheads , Mine has just arrived they are genuine landrover , ill try and post some pics of my 90 when its done cheers steve

i am swopping the chassis on my 1986 90 & have found the spring mounts have rotted off the axle .Does anyone know if it is possible to fit a discovery rear axle so i have discs all round ? cheers steve

hi im looking to swop the chassis on my 1986 90 , it is fitted with a tdi engine i wondered if any one knows if a td5 chassis will fit , any problems etc or would i be better going for a galvanized tdi chassis? thanks steve
