cut the rusty metal out with a dremmel or plasma cutter then weld in new bits cut to size smooth and repaint.

Right,I cant find a decent 110 so i am goin to convert the 90 to truck cab and fit a rack . is it as simple as it looks? get a truck cab roof and back panel,rubber seal,bolts,tail gate.weld tail gate hinges to crossmember and done...?:confused::confused::confused:

there is a 90 tdi defender here along side the range and hilux,they all have a job to do... plenty of the right vehicles here.. a 4door 3.9 is a toy so only worth toy money IMO you asked so i replied..:p:D
