That right.currently the compressed spring is measuring 210 mm or 8 1/4 inches

Sod it I'll replace both springs and shocks and see how it goes Thanks for your input

I've had it since 2012 and it been annoying me for the past 12 months.im not sure if the shock has gone as there is no oil evident so not sure if they are gas.shocks look standard type fitment

After getting information off the search facility with no definitive answer,the problem is this... Front drivers side is lower than passenger side ARB mounts on chassis are ok and not flat and ARB links are not flipped over Body mounts are ok Springs seem recent ie not rusty Spring...

Mine was like that.a bit daunting at first but work methodically.the boot floor panel sits in a recess so I got some 16mm X 1.5mm angle from b&q and made a frame for the panel to fit in.use polyurethane sealant as it drys in 20 minutes and is paintable but wear gloves as it don't come off skin...
