Yep seen this, it leaks in via slot for fitting the roof bars...I changed mine for another freelander (no hard top) before I had chance to sort it. If you arent fitting roof bars and want a quick fix - bathroom sealant maybe ?!!! no one will see it cos it'll be under the flap.
