I managed to fix it!!! :D A wee update on this for incase anyone comes across the same problem. I managed to source a used fuel injector 1 complete with needle lift sensor (Got the part plus next day delivery for £24 which I thought was very cheap!!!!!!) and swapped it out for mine. I've got a misfiring problem with my 98 reg 2 litre turbo diesel Landrover Freelander. It randomly misfires, it's not constant. It picks and chooses when to do it which makes the problem 10 times worse to pin point. I can be driving for half an hour and no misfires what so ever. Next half hour...

Discoveries might be better than freelanders but they aren't as cool looking :cool: :D

Thanks very much for the info mate. Appreciated. I thought it was weird that it locked but didn't unlock. I take it there is a Solenoid for locking it and a separate solenoid for unlocking it?

Hi folks, I'm having a bit of trouble with the lock for my drivers door on my 98 plate 5 door diesel Freelander. When I use my key fob to lock the car it works fine and all doors lock. However when I use it to unlock the car all doors unlock except the drivers door. My key doesn't seem to fit...
