Just noticed this whilst sorting out the starter motor on the td4. I don't think it should be squashed and looks to me like maybe air con? Can anyone shed any light onto it? I couldn't really see it properly as I kept making a shadow. On left hand side of engine near header tank.

Due to me often folding the 60% of my 60/40 split rear seat i have broken my seat belt buckle on the single seat. It still works fine but it just looks a bit bad. Any one know how to change them? I undone the 3 screws which removes the cover and found the thread of the bolt holding the buckle...
