Yes you have to have an MOT when it was stolen and then you have to wait 12months before asking for it back...god knows why?

Never got it back but have just been paid out, a word of warning make sure your insurance policy includes all your mods otherwise they dont pay out for them. going to buy a disco now less trouble

Yes there were some odd types there with MOT failure 4x4s just there to wreck them.
