Thanks for your comments, we will take them on board. I will look at how we handle the communications where orders are delayed and see if we can improve things.

I just had a look at the order in question, it's held up due to a pair of LHD headlights, specially ordered as we don't stock them normally. These were put on order and we chase every so often. Our suppliers have no stock so we have no option but to wait and keep trying or to cancel the order...

We hold extensive stocks of a large number of product lines (over 2500!) but we do run out of items from time to time and occasionally run into problems with suppliers and long lead times on certain items. Many large items and those where there are multiple choices such as Exmoor Trim products...

That's an interesting one, I guess the disc was moving about so much it pushed the pads right back! Worth checking and then almost certainly a master cylinder, I had similar on my old 90 and there was no leak just the master cylinder seals failed and so pushing past the fluid but none made it out.
