Just thought I would follow up as I hate it when no one follows up with their fix. I stripped off the fuse box today to look for any traces of burnt tracks, I pulled every fuse and relay out and stripped as far as I could, no sign of anything out the ordinary so rebuilt it and put it back...

I had a look at the ignition and all seemed good, I squirted some contact cleaner in there just to rule it out. I also pulled the loom plug off of the ABS ECU and they are all good. So the problems still exist. I have bit the bullet and bought a nanocom.

Thanks for that, I don’t recall the barrel popping out so will give that a go today. I didn’t realise the ABS ECU was up there, I have just redone all the plugs on the loom from below the A pillar to passenger door as nothing worked in there, the pins had all corroded due to water getting in there.

Ok thank you for that, will try a different relay. I can’t help but think the 2 issues are related, seems a bit odd the srs light stays on too.

That’s an option but would the relay still have a live feed even though the ignitions off?
