    Regional stuff ?

Was all of this done by one person then? Am suddenly impressed. However update to consider: Regional forums were a brilliant idea but I cannot see a way here (in this forum) for us to tag our details for enrolment into a (opt out) e-mail thing. Along the lines of we sign up and are PM'd...

Ermm.. What is the best way to create a thread to keep us all in contact & up to date?

I cannot see a way here (in this forum) for us to tag our details for enrolment into a (opt out) e-mail thing. Or am I stupid. This is the 21st century - is it not ??

90 front wiper wobbles, backlash, random, no park, oversweep - solved at last

Issue When I bought the 90 the front wipers did not work very well, there was lots of backlash; you could move both wipers by hand through a large arc. When the column switch was used there seemed to be total random wiping action, some stuttering, some over sweep (if the blades had not...

New seats for the 90 to keep wife happy

Well, the seats in there are a tad worn, and she says too uncomfortable. Complains about (most things really) but also seat height & thigh support (what!). So in the interests of harmony - give me a clue as what to buy. I can see a set of expensive Exmoor's and fittings coming my way...

How often does your “luxury car” break down?

I do not think that my 90 can be in any way classed as “luxury” though. Alas, there are limited question spaces for a comprehensive question set. So resultant statistics may be as much use as recent newspaper articles:D see also: (login required)...

Lucky we were just pulling away, as I had stopped on a narrow passing place on a Cornish road waithing for oncoming traffic to pass. BTW Has anyone lost one at speed ?? Attachment 1 = stuck in a lane Attachment 2 = knackered prop shaft that goes bang bang bang when the wheels go around, can...

Well, after spending holidays days 1 to 4 getting the front wipers to work, yesterday the rear was INOP. It was ****ing down yesterday too, and cold, to I thought no, wait for today. So this morning I tested the rear wiper switch for continuity / on off workability stuffs.. All was...

Can I hot wire the wiper motor in a 90 to get me through to Monday?

OK. I am 200 miles from home, it is Saturday night and my windscreen wipers have stopped working. I am just south of Birmingham at the moment. Was driving along in rain and the wipers were OK, then suddenly stopped half way across the wind screen. Do not really want to drive...

Serious time pressure – how to add luxury to a 90 with a battered karrimat (equiv)

The issue: We are away on Saturday for a month in the 90, I am told that “the insides are dirty and full of dust and mud, this needs sorting”. Look, she has a cushion for the seat and a mat on the floor, what more does she need  The aim of this exercise: Is to reduce the amount of...
