Thanks Both, there is one on Fleabay so going to get that then move on to my next issue which is new airbags, pump, then i new headliner and leather interior, and buy the time i get the Beast right i will be bored and want something else lol

i have bought 3 off ebay and none fitted they were manual dip, if i post a picture of the fitment do you think you would have an idea what mirror goes on?

Hi Wammer i'll have a look at that, your not going to believe it tho, i quickly did a search on here, and found someone mentioning release the fuel cap to let any trapped air out, just done that and its ticking over again

Yeah mate to be honest i plan on replacing alot of parts and the Battery was one i was going to replace so didnt bother me too much. I'm going to replace the startmotor and soliniod, and alternator, then moving on to the air suppension, new pump and bags. i want me p38 in perfect running order...

So the story continues, new battery arrived, fitted it, The beast still didnt start, so went under the car wiggled the wires on the soliniod and hay presto car starts first turn of the key every time, so i'm guessing it will be easier to replace the starter motor and solinoid

I'm looking at batteries, and would like to know what battery you recommend, eurocar parts are showing a bosch battery 70ah for it, but i'm sure my last P38 i had a Varta 95ah battery for it Look forward to replies

Well i'm confused again, as stated before a few taps on starter motor it started. been out to it again and it failed to start, someone mention on here jump starting done that and it started second turn of key so am i right in thinking replace battery and starter motor? got another problem but...
