hi all ive had my freelander for about 2 months and been having probs "read my other thread" i got very fed up with it been so flat so thought i would put another engine in only to find out the one i removed was a 1400cc so wouldnt pull your for--in back the words ive been had spring to mind new...

ive found what the issue is with mine i bit the bullet and changed the engine and when it was outchecked the engine numbers and it turned out to be a 1400cc so no wonder it wasnt runing right

well i put a second hand fuel pressure regulator on it and seemed to be fine so got a new one and its gone back to how it was:frusty::frusty:

i think ive got it sorted

thanks for the link and air filter is new and fuel filter is lifetime jobby had cams out fitted new tappits checked timing marks and cam positions and all 100% and still the same grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr im at a loss now

compression is all good looking at cams today and checking part numbers

its snap on solus pro and newly updated as well
