Just a thought I read up on this before and one of the things I picked up on was keeping your pump submerged in fuel all the time IE keep your tank above 1/4 tank. This is what I have told the wife to fill up when its the quarter to prevent the pumps drying out !

Just by interest what make bearings were you using??? Was it ****part or Timken ? I have used both and never again will I use ****part for bearings they are utter shiiite !

What tyre pressure are you running on the 20s then. It will have a firmer ride than a 18 or 19s as there are more tyres!
