    Do you regret buying a Freelander?

    Dont regret buying either of ours in the slightest. Bought 1st td4 sport 7 years ago and then a second td4 sport because 1st was so good 3 years ago and both are still fantastic reliable family cars. Buying 8 x 18" tyres every couple of years hurts a little though!!:)

    Fuel Rail Pressure sensor & Harness change

    I suffered from a misfire under load and cured it by just swapping the pressure sensor harness. thought i'd try that first, as harness and sensor were available individually. The original harness twists and turns all over the place so no surprise fault was caused by a broken wire.

    Mine did it shortly after a dealer had advised on just a rear blade at mot. Didnt replace but noticed paint missing some time later. there was no immediate problem with the wiper arm but on close inspection one side of the arm mount (the one least visible) had broken allowing it to twist...

    We liked ours so much we now have two!! 5-door Sport premiums both in manual. I have just had mine chipped (stein bauer) and egr mod , along with bmw breather and of course a bit of tint on the glass!!. Goes like bugger and look sweet. I trawled LR dealers willing to trade on as now old model...

    which 18" tyres?

    I have just fit a set of Hankook Ice bear w300's. What a difference! I am now able to assend/descend 1in5 inclines with any level of snow covering. Also as the name suggests they're so much more surefooted in icy conditions. Didn't break the bank either at £138.75 from tyremen.com. Cannot...
