I suspect my intake pipe has a pinhole on the bottom of one of the resonator boxes. Have tried to seal it with RTV, but not confident. Might take a chance with one from eBay. Mine is like the first pic, but any clues if the second pic would fit ? It seems to have the resonator further...

I know RAVE specifies 22" front & 18" rear, but what size do others use on their P38's ? Fronts on mine are currently (worn out) 22", but left one is clearly too long. I'm considering using 20" & 21" on front, and 20" on rear.

Wife's 2005 TD4 started clattering on Tuesday. As expected it's the crank pulley. Luckily I bought the proper holding tool last year when doing Son's TD4, getting it off wasn't too bad !! Now gotta decide which to go for. Anyone got longevity experience on the lower cost brands ? Pete

Previous owner had bodged the "wood trim" under the cubby with what seems to be RTV Sealant. Any suggestions on what glue to use ? Ignore the scratches - they show brighter in the photos than under normal light.
