Hi i have just fit a recon 300tdi to my defender and it is smoking a lot moore than my old unit the smoke is a whitey colour not the usaul black is the timing out or is the engin not been built correctly any advice

My disco 3 deisal is smoking under hard acelaration (black smoke) but doesnt do it in nutarel on when in gear could the egr valve not working or could it b moore serious

Hello My 90 has developed an intermitant starting problem wen its bean left over night it wont crank in the morning just clicks battery is ok so i assumed it was the starter but once its been started it will start all day on first turn of key?? Has anybody had this problem Cheers Rich

hi i am having trouble with my hi and low range defender 90 300tdi when selecting low range it is a bit stiff and when i go to take it out of low range i carnt get a gear you have to put it in and out a far few times till i finally get 1st 2nd ect does anbody have any idears thanks in advance rich

Can anyone help i have a 55 plate disco and there is a clunk on back suspension it is not noticeable on speed bumps but if you r on a ruff road it bangs and clangs i have had it in 3 garges now and they replace bits and tell me its solved but it isnt and its getting worse Any advice please Rich
