Tried to change the drop links this morning .what a pain in the a**e,bust 2 allen keys well twisted them.going to grind them off tommorow.

changed the anti roll bushes and noise still there.just ordered a set of drop links,,what size allen key do i need to change them.cheers guys

Hi Guys,i have just bought a 1999 t-reg freelander in green last week. i was wondering would the headlights from a 2002 fit with the clear indicators like on my td4.just want to make it a little younger looking...cheers jay

have you changed your brake light bulbs on the rear bumper,you could have fitted the wrong type of bulb as this happened to me .when i pressed the brake peddle the headlights came on...

Paul,just replaced my osr solenoide yesterday as it would only lock with c/locking.took about 30 mins with a brew .i got a new unit off ebay £15 inc postage..... result

mine lost power, ended up being the pump in the tank,,,

my td4 was a bit slugish to drive away after starup until i changed the breather for the bmw mod seems to be fine now and have a little more grunt at low revs,,jay

changed mine yesterday.seems a lot more responsive at low revs

you have to change how you drive to get a reasonable mpg mate.mines a td4 auto i only drove like a nutter once and i thought i had a fuel leak.like richm says 60-65 mph and you get a good return.i did a 140 miles yesterday with a car full of passengers and used 1/4 tank.not that bad
