    Old radios etc

Hi all, I'm reacquainting myself with an old hobby, that of fixing and building stuff with valves in it. Over the years I've lost all my hoard of parts etc. If anyone has an old valve radio lurking in the loft that wants to get rid of it, I can pay some beer tokens and postage...

Push for old diesels to be scrapped.

Is that the stuff in a service tank on a vauxhall zafira? Brother had one and went into limp mode, stealers wanted a load of cash to refill it, in the end he got shot as other bits started to fail.

What has gone wrong on your Landy today....

On way to work this morning and clutch pedal felt a bit odd, lost clutch almost completely and just managed to get 2nd to limp into works carpark. Turns out the damper has decided to **** the bed and **** all my clutch fluid over the road, reservoir is empty. No fluid dripping from bell...

    steering box recommendations

I've had raw experience of these, in the end I got a new one from Adwest (I think). Brand new, not much dearer and sweet as a nut since fitting. One part ex was stiff on the left turn but not on right, the other leaked.
