Updated update - EGR valves now capped off and the car is back to normal. The pipes etc didn't look excessively clogged so what is it exactly that effects the cars running? D

Not sure what the cause was and it has never happened before. Only thing out of the ordinary is that it has been stood for a few weeks without anyone touching it. Hopefully it will start tomorrow and I can get the EGR blanking kit fitted. D

UPDATE - Green Flag man got it running. It seems that there was an airlock in the fuel line. It wasn't showing any fault codes when he stuck his tester in. Hopefully EGR will be tackled tomorrow!! Thanks for the input all. D

I have called green flag out as I cant move it. I am never overly impressed by these guys as most of the time they just want to tow you but we will see. He may have a diagnostic tester though so its probably worth doing. D

Well that is one of the most difficult things I have had to do for a very long time!! There is almost zero room to connect the CJB connectors back up, particularly the 2 on the back of the box. What an absolute nightmare!! Hopefully that has cured it though!! D

Got to it by removing the CJB. The grommet that goes through the inner wing has split so some water goes out and some water runs back in again!! Looks like part number EEH500100 needed. D

Pretty sure it's the roof drain. Carefully poured water into the drain and it came out behind the junction box under the dash. Ther could be further leaks but need to eliminate this one first. D

Hi Mark Checked all 4 drains now and dried out as much as I can. Left the back seats out for now and things are much drier. Central locking has started working again but still some odd things happening with the electrics. Did a dye test and all seems OK. Fingers crossed!! D

Found the manual over ride on the passenger door and got it open thanks. With it having 3 sunroofs I suspect there are drain issues on one or more of them. I have already done the front one. The back is also wet through now! D
