    P38 EAS.... Help Needed

Thanks for your replies so far. I took the rear wheel off because I thought I heard a leak, but now can't hear one. I can hear and feel the compressor working, but there are some weird clicking noises coming from the compressor area? They stopped and suddenly the suspension lifted?? Any ideas??

    P38 Diesel-Non Return Fuel Valve

Evening Gents, In think a Non Return Valve might do the trick to stop the fuel running back to the tank and causing starting problems. Where should I install the valve and what diameter is the pipe?? Thanks, Tim.

    P38 DSE Starting Problem

Thanks Gents for your thoughts so far. I bought a multimeter today to check the glowplugs, haven't actually checked them yet, it's now too dark. The flow to the fuel filter looks good, so I'm guessing that's not the problem. It does start when hot, although sometimes it is reluctant. Which relay...

    TD5 Engine Swap

I run my 200TDi on bio diesel, I tried bio in a TD5 but it ruined an injector, I didn't want to risk anymore damage so I sold it. Now got the chance of a TD5 auto with a knackered engine, what are the chances of fitting a 200 or 300 engine in it?? Will it be at all compatible? Thanks, Tim.

Range Rover P38 Sluggish / no power

Just had a similar problem to this, and the good old boys on here helped me sort it. I changed the fuel filter, the wrong one had been fitted, I also re-connected the MAP sensor pipe to the fuel filter assembly, it transformed the car. Hope this helps.

    P38, Bio Diesel

That's what I thought Wammers, but the dealer selling the Power Box couldn't confirm it would work. I like the idea of increased MPG, means I wont have to make as much! but got to say that more power isn't really needed, especially as the mrs drives it most of the time!

    P38, Bio Diesel

So far so good, processing Bio fuel via a reactor and now weaned RRp38 onto 75% Bio, 25% Dino, no power loss, in fact seems to run better on the Bio, soon to move onto 100% bio. Has anyone experienced problems with running a P38 on Bio? and does anyone know if a PSI Powerbox will work with Bio...

    Breather Pipe??

Evening All, Thanks for all the great advice about my rather slow P38 2.5 diesel automatic, I've come to the conclusion that they are slow and I must get used to it or chip it. I changed the fuel filter, and I believe it might have been fitted with the wrong one. I have noticed a small bore...
