    Sankey mk1(?) trailer drum brakes

Tried looking local, not much about... That i can find.. Internet has some stainless steel, all in America! One would cost me £5.30 to my door.... Bit steep for a long nut!

    Sankey mk1(?) trailer drum brakes

Hi all, not sure where to post this, but in looking for the name of, or even the place to get a rod coupling nut to join the rods for the brake system in my Sankey trailer.. It's more or less the last piece of the puzzle that has taken a couple of years to complete.. I pretty sure it's 5/15ths...

Weber 34ICH Advice about choke please.

Had success with weber, touch wood, it's running sweetly. Adjusted the valve clearances, and then followed this: http://www.redlineweber.com/html/Tech/34_ICT_tunning.htm Engine sounds really good now, and ticks over very minimally without cutting out... More power, and quiet. Going to switch...

Weber 34ICH Advice about choke please.

Currently eating my words, as the zenith is being an issue now.. Still can't get the weber to setup right tho.. Think my timing needs sorting first.

Weber 34ICH Advice about choke please.

Mine had issues with fuel mix, the adjuster did little or nothing, and the while thing drove me bananas, i gad bought a service kit, and cleaned thoroughly, it was working fine till I changed the engine (same 2.25) and although some folks say its better fuel economy, and power, I prefer the look...

    TDZ power steering service.

I did write him a long email detailing my gripes, and that was one of them, instructions or advice.. What tools needed... Which way things are threaded, etc... He didn't offer any instructions, but I'll ask him anyway. I'm a little jaded by it now... From original excitement about taking it...

What have you done to your Landie today.

Oil/filter change, sump gasket... There wasnt one!! :-/ there is now. Checked sparks. Put back, started it.... Gas ran out.... Petrol.. TDZ power steering service.

Latest update, Paul at Heystee said if I send him the part, he'll replace seals and send it back free of charge. What a diamond. Only trouble is, it's in the Netherlands, so lots of time getting there and back, with no vehicle :-( unless I find a steering rod, and trust my rusty box to guide...

    TDZ power steering service.

No hole, so threaded... I presume, and as there were no instructions/direction and basically very little info about the workings of this system, I don't even know if it's left or right threaded!!

    TDZ power steering service.

Yes, that's what I didn't want to do, but how to get the leverage on an Allen key head is rubbish... Having to push down, and turn... I'll try the small increments with some moles, but I gotta wait for a left hand thread ball joint in the post first!!!! Grrrrrr
