My 2002 110 is booked in with Ashcroft next Wednesday for a new gearbox, transfer box and to swap my overdrive across (I lost 5th gear and reverse on route to Peterborough!!) gonna be about £1800 all in including VAT

My last boss had an issue with his Td5 were the temp would go into the red (even if the engine was cold) and it would turn over but not fire up - turned out to be one of the yellow relays under the seat - might be worth a look? HTH
