Lots of suppliers sites still list them for purchase with a price but then say Out of stock when you actually go to order them.

Does anyone know what's going on with General Tyres in the UK. I'm after a set of AT2's for my Disco, yet apart from a few odd sizes no-one seems to have any in stock and can't shed any light on when they might have some? Have they withdrawn AT2's?

I'm about to change my rotten stock front turrets for stronger open frame ones but I'm not sure whether to use standard replacement isolator rings or uprated steel rings to secure them, the car is used as my daily drive and greenlaner, so what's the best route?

The time has come to consider the options for a new set of boots on my Disco 2, the Grabber AT2's have given a good 5 years service. The fronts have hit minimum but there's still life in the rears, (I do ask a fair bit of the fronts taking it round corners like a 2.5 ton sports car, lol)...

Thanks, they're part of the loom and clipped to the inside of the front panel. The only things I can think might go there are fog lights or for powering electric fans if I had air con, (assuming air con models have supplementary leccy fans like my P38. Wiring a another set of lights in old...

No, I don't know what they're for but they're part of the loom so must be for some option or other.

Have already had a search but haven't spotted an answer..... Had the front grill off my Disco TD5 this morning for something else and spotted a pair of unused connectors behind it, apparently a 2 pin socket with round cross section, are these for aux lights mounted above the bumper in addition...

It would a retrofit as although I have ACE, there's no air fitted. My P38 was a dream with the air all round

Thanks Bobdog. Seems a good opportunity to fit an uprated one if I've got to have it all apart. Don't think my budget will run to an Allisport, so anyone got any experience of Direnza intercoolers? I used one of their all ally rads in my P38 without any problems.

I've used plenty of Terrafirma parts on my vehicles in the past and been very pleased with the results, this D2 already has TF CDG brakes and hd steering. I'll take a closer look at a small lift, but the main reason to avoid to much is that the misses has enough trouble getting in as it is! Lol

I've just had the plastic cover off the rad pack on my d2 td5 and seen that the whole intercooler is bowed in the middle slightly towards the main rad, the top couple of rows of the intercooler are also bowed upwards by about 10mm in the centre. Doesn't look like damage from fitting, doesn't...
