very true in what you have said....i want the garage for my vintage motocross bikes rather than to do the series 2(although there is more than enough room for both) .....really and point blankly...the landlord is being a cnut, but i'm half tempted with said project. i wont rush into things...

and more importantly.....it will be a good project to tinker with....it'll keep me off the beer:beer2:

the rolling chassis is all complete,engine is in, its just the body work and interior/lights/seats etc that need refitting.the owner said that he had the engine running not so long back...and of course i would want to have the engine running, and make sure 100 percent that all parts are present...

i have been offered a series 2 2.4 petrol tax exempt landy for £1000. this is stored in a quite a few bits in the garage where i rent the house. i have been told that all parts/seats/interior/bodywork etc etc etc is ready to fit and ready to drive once put back together. my question is....is...

sorry to be a pain, but am having a few problems with my freelander.It seems to be gobbling deisel and i wanted to start looking into why. I cannot find the air filter. is there anything else i need to check to try and inprove the mpg?? thanks:D
