Both the same, mine was slightly cheaper from goodwinch. It arrived in a kingone box, with some goodwinch stickers in a bag. If I was you I'd get it from goodwinch, ask david if there's a spring special offer on, he does some good deals.

I simply took the LT77 out then put an R380 in using all the bolts out of the LT, with no probs. If your using the transfer box from the lt77, I'd replace the transfer gear for the later cross drilled type, chances are the splines will be well worn.

The R380 box will bolt to the 200tdi, it's a straight swap, the only thing I found different was the 380 clutch pushrod was a bit longer than the lt77.
