    Hi Fellows, Thanks for the replies. The switch costs $458 + GST (45.80)$505.80 Australian plus fitting (about 30 minutes according to my local Land Rover repairer). Hence it becomes very expensive to replace. Do you know if these switches are repairable? Thanks and all the best. Eric

    Hi, Many thanks to everyone who responded. As I live near Melbourne in Australia it looks as if I will have to pay the Landrover dealer the $325 to get the second key cut and programmed. Their (Landrover) security system might be good but boy is it expensive!

    Hi, My TD5 only came with one key, does anyone know how to programme a new key or remote? Ideally, without having to pay megabucks for a Landrover Dealer to do the programming!!!
