Not sure where you guys are going for your service, my re gassing cost £60 inc parts and labour, its worth shopping around cause as soon as you roll up in a freelander they think they're in the money !! PS the full service with re gassing was £210

Hi, just had mine 're gassed' as part of its annual service, the manual recommends this to be done every 3 years and it beats crawling around under the bonnet not knowing what you're looking for !!!

Thanks for the advise, but a mate of mines just had to have his clutch replaced and it started with the squeaky pedal, and you know LR mechanics they charge you 200 quid just for turning up at the garage !!

Hi all, I've noticed for a while now my clutch pedal 'squeaks' loudly when depressing and releasing, Is something about to happen to my clutch (its an 02 TD4 by the way) or does it just need a bit of WD40 or something, has anyone else experienced this as its driving me nuts !!:mad:

Hi, mines a 2002 TD4 ES (not sure what the X is though), brought it with 78K on the clock, its brill, friend of mine drives the GS version, the extras on the ES are well worth it, leather seats, sun roof, CD player, steel alloys, need I say more, O it drives like a dream too
