If yours is a TD5 and your 'aircon' fan on the front of the rad continues run it is either that the vehicle is very hot or the D has (or thinks it has) overheated at some point. You need the fault codes completely cleared even if nothing appears and should clear the fault. Ours did this when...

Is your pump noisy or quiet?

There may be very little in the oil. As I say sounds like you are in the 'early' stages of this (if this is your problem) as you will end up with VERY difficult starting and then cutting out.

This was exactly the same as ours. Turned out to be the injector washers and o rings. Not too bad to do but I did not have the time so a local garage did a very good job on it. Get the oil and filters changed as well as you will find that there is diesel in the oil. Also get it done sooner...

Our pump got noisy when the washers on the injectors started going, ended up with poor starting and then cutting out every mile or so. Had the washers changed and oil / filters changed (diesel leaks into oil) and now our pump is silent.

You can bleed it out via a bleed nipple on the top of the steering box. It comes out pretty quick with the engine running. ;)

I have this with one of our keys but the other is fine, the wear looks similar. I am getting a new blade cut and going to give that a try.

Ours went the other week. It was pooring out of the rubber pipe section where it does a 180 degree turn to head to the rear o/s ram. The replacement pipes were £58 each. Luckily it was under warranty but we did pay for the other hose and they changed it at the same time to be safe than sorry...

The 620 euro's is very expensive to get the injector washers etc replaced. I just had the same done with oil and filters changed plus a new PAS steering hose from the reservoir to pump fitted (I supplied hose but not fluid) for £226. A great job done by a local garage who took loads of care...

You need adapters and different wheel nuts ;)

The 19" Goodyear MTR's are very capable good tyres but are expensive.
