That's heat-resistant enough for our purposes? Any suppliers that you have used would be appreciated.

24v heater internal flap foam replacement.

I've managed to find a 24v heater for my Wolf that is in great condition, except, as always, the foam on the main flap. Has anyone found a suitable heat-resistant foam sheet to replace the original stuff with please? TIA.

Morning Basher45, do you still have this connector on the burned harness? I need just that connector if you would sell it?

    Fan Control Cable

Thank you, yes, it does on my newly-acquired "good" heater. The MOD manual gives the part number Thank you dag019, I've tried getting those shafts out before without luck, but I'll look again now.

    Heater cab duct flap trunnion.

I only want the trunnion out, not the arm off the shaft. I'm scavenging it for my nearly-new heater that will be fitted shortly.

    Heater cab duct flap trunnion.

Yes, the MAPP is my first call, but I don't want to use gas so close to the foam sealing pads on the flaps. It's now soaking in paraffin. 🤞🏻

    Heater cab duct flap trunnion.

Morning All, I'm reconditioning my heater and trying to remove this trunnion from an old donor heater that I have. 2 x 7mm spanners and it's not moving. Anyone ever managed to get one off, or are they fixed in place somehow?

Are you able to follow where it's cables go to? That would give us an idea. It's not an LR part, nor standard fitment, as you can see, so it will have been fitted on the insistence of the MID and probably locally.

    Alternate door hinges

Before I go starting a new thread (products come and go in three years), what did you decide to do in the end? Mine was a mil Landy from 1997 and the tops of those hinges are relieved to clear the capping.

Like all 2.5NA, they were designed for the maximum weight of a Sankey Widetrack, which is ¾ of a ton load + the trailer. It'll take you most anywhere, but at it's own pace, so don't hurry it. Bulletproof engine, which is why the MoD bought them in such numbers. I'm +6 hours on the UK atm, so...

So it looks like it went through Brightwells in August 2020, but with a different paint job. Here's the link: https://www.brightwells.com/timed-sale/5025/lot/485783 I don't know what that sealed unit is, but I'd hazard a guess at some kind of tachometer and the reading hasn't changed at all...
