Thanks Andy, I will pull the switch and give that a go first. There is only two bulbs in the headlight right?, both are working but as I said I do not fully understand exactly how the dipping functionality is suppose to work, what is actually moving the lamp?

TD4, yeah to be fair I could pop it out and try to re crimp it, but would like to seal it as well if I’m putting the effort in to get it out. Thanks

Hello, Does anyone know where to begin on diagnosing faults with dipped headlights? Switch does nothing, fuses are okay. I can’t see any motors in the headlights so not exactly sure how this works. Checked RAVE and couldn’t find any information. TIA Brad

Yeah there's not a whole lot of auto shops where I am and It isn't a standard rubber O ring it's more of a flat ring so not sure if anyone here has part number as it's proving hard to find. Thanks for your help

Hi all, For these older autoboxes (2004) is it beneficial to switch to N when stopped or stay in D with the brake pedal on? I feel like in my mind D and braking would cause harm overtime but I don’t know much about autoboxes. Thanks

Also if I take plug off exhaust gas solenoid will that prevent exhaust gasses coming from EGR Cooler? Current dilema is I want to stop the EGR Cooler chucking exhaust as it won’t have coolant so I can run the car asap without waiting for delete

Hi Jay so to confirm plug these two ports? First is the Brown outlet to the EGR Cooler, second is the black return port or vise versa (you can see the missing hose between cooler and port)
