hello I have a freelander 1 td4 2003 I was wondering if u can dismantle vcu there's a noise metallic sound when reversing with full lock like its struggling been told could either be ird or cvu ive replaced bearings on propshaft and on diff any help please

hi my name is Paul new to this can u service vcu on freelander 1 td4 2003 ? Also can the vcu lock up ? I've changed propshaft mounts diff mount but can still here metallic noise from either front or middle of landy just after some advice please

I have a landrover freelander 1 serengeti td4 03 plate 122000 miles I've noticed when I have it in reverse and steering lock full on it struggling sounds like it will cutt out also in forward does the same does it need power steering fluid changing or is there a problem with the diff ? Any help...
