was going to see about changing o2 sensor after getting p0150 flag up and p1319 whilst underneath saw that intermediate silencer box is split - could this have caused problem so threw codes up? or still o2 sensor as well

I am having problems with the p38 range rover, it is automatic with a gas conversion it hasn't been used for roughly 18 months since I got it, drives ok apart from when having to go up incline then it slows right down and has no power any ideas? srs light also on is that significant?
