Does anyone have a photo or diagram of the position of the actuator on a diesel, thought it would be on the EAS box like the petrol but it is not? Have no info in my copy of RAVE.

If its not an exchange replacement box you are looking at, may be worth keeping the old box and having it serviced assuming you are keeping the car for a long while.

Had windows 10 pro it was ok for a while but after a few updates it started to have issues quite a few times it froze and would not let me shutdown also it did not recognise the disc drive so have gone back to 7 ultimate it's more stable

Have got a copy of RAVE i downloaded years ago p38 2000 it lists all the fitting instructions for all the options available and also special tools and part numbers What it also shows is differences in model years but does not show them in the car park Is it of any use & can it be uploaded??

Yes i downloaded the one from the link on here it would not work for me either i keep checking the taboo download sites for a full program have not found one yet

The only drawback with RAVE is that you need a laptop in the car as you go through diagnostics page by page and if you share one with her indoors she wont like grease all over the touch pad thats why i got an old one just for the cars

The cruise on my 4.0 L did not work nor does the one on the diesel i just got from what i have read the diesels are not so bad to rectify i know audis used a similar system ie ecu vac pump diaphram & safety switches what i was wondering is the ecu dedicated LR only or another be used in its place

Ok ! what i did say about linking the bags however is true needed to get the car up to change them did not have a good jack back then it worked a treat to get the stands under dont think the pump liked it much but the pump & block where having a service any way
