The fuel pump I purchased was bearmarch. Had to swap the fuel gauge sender for the old one as a full tank registered empty vice versa.

As far as I know fuel filter has not been changed fuel pump was new 8 months ago. I’ll have a good look around change fuel filter just for cuiosity where is the fuel pressure sensor on this engine ?

Hi Nodge no Aircon is off. The fans come on a lot I open the bonnet the pipes are pressurised top hos is hot bottom hose is cold always after a run expansion tank level seems normal no signs of over heating it’s just bizarre. I changed the engine because of over heating problems rather than redo...

The fans come on at 106 degrees go off at 109 degrees using OBD live data when driving she is down to around 96-98 system is pressurised and holing pressure.
