Just a quick question please. For years my headlights have been a bit hesitant to come on sometimes, now they cut our for 20 seconds or so now and again when driving. It's just the headlights, side and dash come on immediately and stay on. I assume it's the relay I have to change. Just checking...

So I’ve been driving more sensibly since the fuel price rocketed. Last tank average was 36 mpg. not bad for a 110 TD5. The disco transfer box has made all the difference.

Its always been a bit noisy but after having a tonne of gravel in the mack of my DC the Dif sounds real whiney. can I replace the Dif only or is it the whole axle?

How on earth does it get in there between the roof and the head liner? First time i slow down in the morning it runs forward and pours out of the front of the head liner each side.

My TD5 heater is taking a while to warm up (5 miles). I thought a new thermostat is all that's needs. So why do I see rad muffs advertised for defenders? Surely if the stat works ok the rad is bypassed until it reaches temperature? or am I missing something here.
