I have Air Con also you can get an uprated cooler that is the same size as the standard one.

Not sure if this will help but I was told not to adjust the fueling unless I fitted an uprated inter-cooler, I have fitted an uprated inter-cooler and the fueling has been adjusted and yes you do get an improvement in power after doing this, I am not sure on the facts but I am sure someone will...
