I did a search but couldn't get what i was after on this one. In the lower pin the bolt moves with the door - therefore tightens as it goes. I am guessing there should be an inner sleeve to tighten against and this has seized? It does look a bit orange, but I am scared to strip it.

Hmm I have got it down to only coming out on heat and it is in the cabin ie turn on recuculate and it stays. Thete is no smell of the actual vapour so I am initially filling out leaking matrix. Other option is blocked drain? Where would I find the drain tube to check thanks.
