Holiday Chicken, I have to drive Off Road across all types of sites, the current one is Solar Farm in Chichester and I am based in Reading but need the flexibility to be able to drive Off Road if needed so require a 4x4 so what better. We also have a Ford Ranger but I prefer the Range Rover.

Still coming up with the transfer fault prog alert but never ever does anything and motor drives perfect but still no answers, maybe I will have to pop into the stealars to see what they say as need to get an answer sometime to this conundrum?

The answer is easy, just use the battering ram size of the Rangie and drive like expected and use it as a battering ram and do not stop, mission accomplished!

Looking at other forums I think I have found the answer to this little conundrum, that of fitting a larger wheel so that incurrs harder tyres and hence vibration, but have also found that if back off brake pressure to that what is necessary then that reduces the vibes as well, or just pop in P

ok,when stopped in D my 2002 TD6 is starting to transmit a vibration through the car,/ steering wheel but if I select P or N is perfect smooth as silk? Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks Holidaychicken, already read that info. Must admit the old bus drives remarkably well so fitted a tuning chip to the old bus and it is even quicker off the mark now, just see how the mpg goes?

codes read tourqe convertor monitor fault has been saying this since day one back in Nov 2017 and 3 rebuilt boxes later so i would say has to be something else?

Ok quick update, box rebuilt with new valve block etc and all put back. Seemed to run perfectly but started to suffer a power loss so fired into keith gotts and fuel tank pump in tank suffering from low pressure so had that renewed. Now drives much better but low and behold the dreaded Trans...
