Cheers Wimblodriver, sound advice. So, if I were to get one privately, do as much of the maintenance myself as I can, there should be no reason not to get a puma with low miles and enjoy for a few years without worrying about depreciation any more than the average car? Cheers Daz

That's good too know. I only want a small bulkhead repair done and then colour matched. If it comes out well I will get them to paint and fit 3 new doors too.

Hi, Yes, full body exterior respray in original colour. Inside is fine. The reason I'm suggesting full body is that given that the paintwork has no doubt faded, I'm guessing the colour matching on painting three new doors and corner bulkhead only would not look great. Cheers
