Hello new to here Has anyone done the EGR bypass and had the freelander fail it's MOT because of it? Was going to do it but someone put me off

I have a 2005 Freelander 1 TD4 2.0 facelift I just did my own service ,first time I have done it.Did everything apart from fuel filter as it looks a bit tricky .I might have a go at the EGR bypass next but does anyone know if it will have problems going through the MOT with this modification?

On your freelander did you ever change the EGR valve to the modified blanking off valve
