I'm a dafty, figured out why it wouldn't lock but it would unlock off the fob.. I failed to noticed the ignition key in warning even tho it wasn't. A small spray of wd40 in the ignition barrel and all is good again. Just need to figure out how to replace the clip that holds the rod to the key...

Call me daft but what's a shock washer? Do you have a link so I know what I'm looking at? Cheers

Well sort of, still have all those issues i listed :( One of the main ones for me is the tapping/power loss over 4200 rpm. Yeah I know you don't need to go over but that's not the point and not a great selling point if I ever wish to move it on.

I was going to get the dylon hot manual dye that you mix with boiling water and some salt then spray on with a bottle. Seen a few posts and it's worked well for others. Also wanted to ask what's a good material for re-lining pillars and the roof? Don't want to use suede or leather.

It's not about racing it, certainly not doing that, that's what rpm it naturally goes before it changes gear up hill. Unless I want to crawl back up to speed?

Have any links to guides to changing the bushes? Tyre pressures are fine as checked them a couple days ago, springs look fine and never had that issue before. Will check all hoses and see if I can get it on a diagnostics machine. Cheers mate.
