Getting to the point of putting all the bits back together but finding that I've either lost the nuts and bolts over the past 3 years or maybe they sheared off or were unrecognisable. Is there anywhere that details the sizes of all the nuts and bolts required to put a Series 3 LWB back together??

What is the black gunk that insulates/fills the gaps between the different parts of the bulkhead/seatbox/floor/gear box shroud etc? Is it something specific or could I just use silicon/earwax/bubblegum?

Putting my engine back together and all the manuals make reference to joint washers when putting the blanking plate and fuel pump back on. What are they? I've got the card gaskets but are joint washers something else?

After 2 years in bits my old girl is slowly coming back together. Rear springs and axle went back on like a dream. Front shocks and axle slotted in nicely but I can't fit my shocks as they cannot stretch far enough. I have gone back over my original pictures and everything seems the same but...

Just bought new straps for my ex military 109. But they seem shorter by about 2 inches. Is this because they are new and not stretched?
