Hi Bigstoo & Tiga went into Bigstoo's post and merely copied them then pasted into word document (Page lay out Landscape) Done it in seconds and it worked a treat. (I got wife to photostat at work but didn't help much) Will let you know how I get on, but at moment Tiga's instructions...
