I am thinking of buying an Ex Military Ninety with the extra low 1st & 2nd gear. Unfortunately it may need a recon box. Does anyone know if they are available, or am I going to be stuck with standard civvy ratios?

I am considering upgrading to coil springs, one of the vehicles I'm going to look at (90 2.5 N/A) apparently jumps out of 1st gear. Is there a chance this could be something relatively simple (& cheap) like the detent spings on a series, or am I likely ro be inm for a Gearbox recon job?
