    I have a 2001 td5 on air suspension and I tow a twin wheel van 1800kg with a Inflatable boat in the back 80kg and outboard engine 65kg along with everything that go's with it never had any problems stick with the air suspension

    check tyres I had loads of problems with mine checked bushes dampers steering box could not find any problems changed tyre it was like a different motor. the best way to check is swap tyres front to back and see if there is any difference. tom

    Not charging + no batt light

    had the same problem a few months ago alternator not charging all dash lights pulsating but no warning light on dash it was the alternator the modern alternator will self energize at about 2500 rpm even if the warning bulb is not working

    replacement h4 bulbs

    the cheap ones are us stick to the better known bulbs like ostram or Philips and you will be ok I have used the Osram Nightbreaker for the past 4 or 5 years and they are miles better than the standard bulbs

    all down to driving style I get 25-to 35 when I am driving it when my better half drives has only got 2 positions on throttle all the way down or off 20 to 25 td5 auto
