So finally, my 5 star security 3/4 drive sockets arrived.
So changed the MAF for the spare one I have.
Car much better and readings appear normal...
It's a bloody nightmare to change. I am told it takes up to 4 hours. That's why I put an inline stat in mine
Finaly after a few months I have fixed my laptop. It had a very nasty virus that in the end I had to format the hard drive and remove the battery....
For poly bushes already assembled it's a good price. If you are ok pressing poly bushes in the housings like I would you can get them cheaper.
poly ones from bell engineering, £60 I believe for all 3 in the aluminium housing.

Didnt have time to remove the MAF today but did get time to unplug it.

Someone has suggested there maybe a leak in the system.

I did a search in the engine bay the other day and the connector had fallen of the MAP, reconnected now and showing 100.0 when engine...
Apparantly the capacitor is inside the ECU and should be showing around 0.80v when the car is running.
sorry none have an egr bypass on.
The MAS reading was taken by selecting the second down option at the start menu, OBDll diagnose,it selects ISo9141, press ok

I did a 55 plate this weekend which was running really well, will post results later. Hp was lower than my two and so...
could someone post what Rave says the readings should be.
I am going to read a 55 plate TD4 tomorrow as well to compare.
The. 52 plate was just idling on the drive and I got fed up waiting...
So after a very short search on the 52 plate. The MAP was disconnected. Reconnected and readings normal.
