Seems to have a cable.

Changed the bearing in the tensioner - no better, but this time there is no lateral movement
Changed the water pump - Still no better....
When you are changing the box remember that the torque conerter will be full of oil and weigh a fair amount.

I'm not overly struck on the idea of a suction cup mounted one just incase it falls off.
The system maybe free but the maps aren't.
At £1.89+vat per 10x10km tile it isn't going to be that cheap.
