Looking good. Thats the beauty of mig, you can go back and fill the holes. You can see your welds are getting better as your pictures progress.
Seems ok but as all the reviews say, time will tell. When its the right way up or back on the chassis, get some waxoil/dinitrol on top of those...

Changed the interior light bulb to led. Bright? it even lights up the back!
When i rebuilt my 110, i did as Henry b suggested and also used thin EDPM rubber in between any ally and steel.
Swapped the self park switch from my old 110 to my very soon to be tested 300tdi and hey presto, the wipers stop at the bottom. Cheap fix....

There are two locating pins at the bottom so very little if any sideways adjustment.
